The 2016 NYC Hip-Hop Film Festival kicks off today in Harlem at The National Black Theater. 4 days of film celebrating HIp-Hop in all of it's aspects. Films from independent artists as well as known classics, master classes and will make up the three day festival. Day one is dedicated to the MC.
